Tod und Leben (see also below)won the prize for Best Hand Workmanship (Innovative section) at the World Quilt and Textile Show which opens in September in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA. I won the same prize last year with Waves of Anger My cushion Intimations of Immortality won the 1st Prize in the Cushion category at the Great Northern Quilt Show, Harrogate in Sept. 2008 and my quilt Foxfires won the 2nd Prize in the Theme section at the same show, the theme being A Hit of Sparkle! My quilt Tod und Leben has won 3rd Prize Advanced Section in the Open European Quilt Championships, May 2008.

My ATC On your bike was the winning entry for the theme of travel in the latest (September) issue of the Craft Stamper Magazine. Also my mixed media collage Green is not a Color, it's peace of mind, was published in the 2nd issue of Sew Somerset.
