Installation of a GM Ramjet 502 and Viper T-56 6-speed

My plans for this car have always been to install a big block Chevy engine. I had a L-71 Corvette 435hp 427 that I stored since 1974. I sold it to a corvette restorer when I decided to go with a GM crate 502 cubic inch engine with electronic Fuel injection. The Ramjet 502 was the choice. It will be upgraded with bigger injectors and throttle body, as well as the Holley Commander 950 ECU.

The Keisler Engineering Viper T-56 is made by Tremec and sold in all Dodge Vipers. It is a double overdrive tranny with a 2.66 first gear and 0.75 and 0.5 overdrives. It has a larger output shaft than most T56's, and the shifter is mounted further forward. It requires an adapter and special pilot bearing to attach it to a Chevy engine.
