This was the way my family used to celebrate the Lunar New Year in Hong Kong during my childhood. China is a vast Country with many dialets and different customs practiced within each locality. My account here is purely personal and in no way representing anyone else's tradition. Also, due to space problem, this is only an condensed version of my original article. I simply want to share my joyful recollection of Lunar New Year with you!
