The pop and chips were on sale, I had 4 free item coupons for the chips which I received from donating ploids, I got $5 off at checkout with my store card, and I mailed away for my $10 refund. Final score: 48 free cans of pop, 4 free bags of chips and a $4 profit

I too am new to this. Can you help? I spend at least $300/wk on groceries. We don't eat frozen pre-made meals and we love fresh foods, so I'm sure that is what does it.

Hi, I am just learning about all the deals out there and free stuff one can receive. I have a g/f who is like you and has sales two or three times per year from all the items she receives free or for pennies. I dont want to get that far into the savings game just want to save money on items I need.
