Nestled in Tangolunda Bay,in one of nine bays in Huatulco, the Barcelo Resort was all we could have hoped for...and more. Just 25 minutes from the airport, in a comfortable coach, we escaped in the second week of January 2005 to this little bit of paradise.

We had decided this would be excellent way to avoid the madness of the city and the cold snowy days in Canada, after a busy Christmas. Tired and weary of travelling we were greeted in the lobby as we checked in with cold glasses of papaya juice. A good beginning and a very thoughtful gesture.
