"Grandfather of the North"
The Lakota Souix have an interesting version of Santa Clause. They believe a man dressed in white with long flowing white hair with 2 eagle feathers, roams the Northern plains bring frost and snow as gifts to the people. These gifts bring beauty to the land and a rebirth in the Spring.
This is my contempory interpretation of Wa-Ji-a.
