I have many interests when it comes to sewing and quilting, and I love them all equally. I love traditional quilting just as much as I love good art quilting. I love crazy quilting and embroidery of all sorts. I feel as though I should shorten my list of loves, and focus exclusively on one specific art and master it...but I don't want to give any of them up. I am searching for a way to combine all of them into some wonderful, prize (and money!) winning quilts. Alot of crazy quilters don't like to make art quilts...alot of art quilters don't like to make traditonal quilts...I can't think of anything I don't like when it comes to quilting. I wish I could be good at all of them.

I have been quilting for ten years now, dabbling in traditional, crazy, art, and alot of embroidery. I am self taught, although I have attended a couple of classes at quilt shows. (My mother taught me to embroider as a child) Nothing intimidates me, everything interests me, and I want to explore and continue to learn. I don't feel as though I can settle into just one aspect of quilting because I love so many different types! Enjoy!
