History in the making
Begun by sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski, the memorial is so massive that all four of the Rushmore heads could fit inside the completed face (to the left is a model of the face). Today, his wife and seven of their 10 children carry on his work. I hope they may complete it in my lifetime.
