Nahahum Canyon, Wenatchee NF, WA Finding this campsite was quite an adventure. We had several false starts in and around the town of Cashmere, Washington, located on the eastern slope of the Cascade Mountains. We finally found this road, which began as a paved road and held great promise. However, it quickly degraded to a narrow, winding, one-lane dirt road and became very rutted. As you can see, this "last resort" campsite is right smack in the bend of a very steep portion of the road. In order to level up, we had to drop the right rear wheel into a hole. But the view was great and the sunset was gorgeous.
