I made my home in The Waterford condomium complex which consists of four blocks. Flanked by 25th Avenue to the south, Erlton Road on East and Erlton Street on West, The Waterford is part of low-rise residential undertakings since the late 1980's. The construction is very much over now and is landscaped to blend with the nature of Lindsay Park where the residences sit.

Lindsay Park is also home to world's 2nd largest indoor sports complex. Elbow River which encircles the park, waters the large trees and shrubs and is home to beavers, fish and the seasonal ducks that arrive to feed and breed in the Spring.
