...through them I glimpse Heaven. I always find peace whenever I paint. No matter how bad life has become, my art always gives me joy and comfort.

Lately, I developed arthritis on my right hand, affecting especially the thumb. Therefore I have switched from doing small illustrations to larger oil paintings on canvas. Portraits are my specialty, but I do want to do some landscapes even though I know I am not good with them.
