It is supposed to be difficult to tell the difference between the new windows, and the old windows. The most obvious difference is the new windows are brighter in appearance from the exterior. The upper windows have not yet been replaced!

From the interior the difference is immeasurable. The appearance is clean, temperatures inside are controlled, and the styles can be changed.
