Another of today's seven beautiful brides, Kate Campbell, selected this big groom's cake for her reception at Avery Ranch. The cake is a fudge cake with fudge filling and serves 75. It's a two-tier with a round on top of a hexagon, and it's liberally embellished with scrumptious chocolate-dipped strawberries. The design is a dark fudge scroll and the cake sells for $2/serving.
