Texas Bluebonnets
This is a small cake and feeds about 25 at a wedding reception. It can be doubled to feed 50 or stacked on larger sheet cakes to feed even more. It's unusual to see anything other than chocolate on the grooms table ant the color is what makes this cake stand out.
