Dymica and her new hubby chose a two-tier groom's cake--our deliciously homemade fudge cake with fudge filling that is just too good to believe! The cake serves 81 and the top tier is embellished with dots while the bottom tier is drizzled with fudge. Chocolate dipped strawberries, some with tuxedoes, surround and top the cake. The cake sells for only $2.25/serving and strawberries are $30 for 2 pounds. I chose this picture because of the absolutely FABULOUS ice sculpture in the background--a HUGE and beautiful vase made of ice filled with elegant real flowers.
