ST.EDS UNIVERSITY
This little groom's cake was for one of the bestest grooms anywhere. It's frosted with buttercream and smoothed to look like rolled fondant. It has no icing embellishment whatsoever except for very tiny fudge pearl dots for borders to match the bridal cake. Artwork was done by Austin Cake Lady with non-toxic colors on edible rice paper. The cake feeds 40 and is $2/serving, and my cost for the print is $10. The wedding was at Hamilton 12 which gets my personal vote for the lowest on the Austin totem pole--big dogs inside and doghair everywhere. :-( Definitely not my idea of class....sorry.
