OFFSET SQUARE
This delicious fudge cake matches the brides cake with its lovely scroll design. For an architectural look the square shapes are offset and not the usual stacking. The top and the corners are covered with strawberries, and I really didn't think I was going to get this one through the crowd today for delivery. I know it went in a hurry as do all my grooms' cakes. It sells for $2.50 a serving to feed about 75 and can be done to feed any number over that. This is a definite hit of the party!
