PLANTATION MINI LONGHORNS
Careese and Karsten selected a 10" square groom's cake to serve 50. It's a fudge cake and sells for $2.25 in the square or $2/serving in the round including raspberry filling. It's covered with a darker fudge scroll and is surrounded by chocolate-dipped strawberries. Strawberries are $25 for two pounds, but God just doesn't provide us with great strawberries in the late autumn and winter. We're near the end of them now, but the strawberries always provide a beautiful burst of color as well as a delicious burst of flavor. The sides of the cake are embellished with tiny burnt-orange longhorns made of colorflow ($2.50 each for the minis) just to acknowledge the groom's wonderful alma mater! Get on our 2006 calendar now before your date is taken! We book up to a year ahead.:-)
