CASSIE OFFSET
My super bride Cassie gets the award for the neatest ribbon! It's incredible pink/green/ white striped to match the flowers on her square offset cake. The offset squares serve 168 so they're big cakes. Don't get your heart set on one if you're having a small wedding because it will be a two-tier. The cake is French Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond, and the middle tier has Bavarian Cream filling and the bottom and top are raspberry. The top tier has hearts, the middle dots and the bottom is embellished with happy swirls. The flowers are by Austin Cake Lady and were provided by the bride. They were GORGEOUS choices of hot pink roses, white freesia, baby pink small roses and red roses. There were a few pink sweet peas and it matched the cake perfectly. I'm sure there will be rose petals and a beautiful table when the decorating is finished. The cake sells for $2.25 in the offset square and it's incredibly easy to serve. The reception was at the Cochran Center on 620--a new venue and very, very nice. I loved this happy cake! :-) It's elegant, colorful, architectural, romantic, and simple. What more could one ask? The frosting is homemade buttercream, smoothed to look like fondant. :-) The number is 258-3703 if you have questions or would like to hold your date!
