CHRISTMAS MELODY
My beautiful bride Melody designed her own cake for her big and wonderful UT Club Christmas reception. Two tiers of the cake are "quilted" with silver dragees at every juncture. The second tier has the elegant "Swiss Dots" and the bottom tier had garland drape designs and the bottom half was filled in with Cornelli lace and pearl dot borders. This cake sells for $2.50/ serving, and prices never include price of flowers or delivery. The bride provided a big bucket of SPECTACULAR flowers, including white Dutch Iris, pale yellow and peach roses, white freesia, and blue hydrangeas with pretty Christmas greenery. Her cake was the 'crowdpleaser and served 136 guests. We encircled the bottom with the blue hydrangeas because it was nearly guest arrival time. Hydrangeas are very short-lived out of water, unfortunately. We arrange all cake flowers free for our brides. Our number is 512-258-3703.
