EDNA & DAVID OFFSET
My super couple forgot to order the cake so we did a last-minute pickup for them and they'll stack it when they get to the venue. Saves them a bunch of money on delivery and our delivery schedule was already full. They chose one of my all-time favorites "Fire and Roses" cake with the tealight candles on all the corners. The small version of the offset serves 131 and sells for $2.50/serving. They chose the 'crowdpleaser' Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and with Bavarian Cream filling since they were too late for tastings. The icing is our homemade light ivory buttercream. with darker ivory scroll and gold dragees that sparkle when the candles are lit. We arrange all our cake flowers free as part of our services. Olive green ribbon surrounds all tiers. The cake comes in 3 boxes for pickup and they stack up as easily as kids' blocks.
