CHOCOLATE OFFSET
Congratulations to Chara and Jorge! This was their groom's cake to match the bridal cake above. It's an offset square Fudge cake with Fudge filling, and dutched chocolate buttercream frosting. It sells for $2.50/serving and it has fudge borders and fudge scrollwork on all tiers. The gold dragees sparkle amidst the scrolls and make the cake look really special. Both cakes were 'floated' rather than 'stacked' for ease of serving and to make it neater to save the top tier for their first anniversary.
