AVERY RANCH
This was the cake of the week at Avery Ranch for a delightful bride named Kasey. It went from light to dark and completely matched the color theme of the room. The flavors obviously varied as well from French Vanilla with almond down to a dark fudge. The cake is four stacked tiers and is topped with the beautiful Kim Lawrence Enesco topper which we carry for only $35 (it lists for about $70) and it is AWESOMELY contemporary.
The cake sells for $2.50/serving not including topper or delivery (it's a LOT of work!) and each tier is embellished with something different...trailing vines, large polka dots for frivolity, milk chocolate vines, and the bottom tier sports an elegant scroll with dots and leaves which brings the cake together. It was an original creation for Kasey and was getting lots of AHHHHHHS! when I left today. :-)
