NATALIE'S DIAMONDS
Natalie designed a very simple but beautiful cake that serves 104. The top tier was embellished only with dots, and the bottom tier had the Riverplace Scroll design around the middle. Each tier was embellished with edible pearls. But the CENTER tier--that was the beautiful focal point with fondant diamonds brushed with iridescent powder and edible pearls in the center of the diamonds. That tier was a little more expensive than the other two but it made a gorgeous little cake and the price was still very low--$2/serving for the top and bottom, and $3/serving for the center tier. Total price for the cake, excluding flowers and delivery, was $235. The cake was Mexican Vanilla with a hint of lemon and almond and the filling was Bavarian Cream. Beautiful red roses make the topper, and tiny red roses adorn the sides. Their wedding reception was at the Jean Cochran Community Center--a wonderfully convenient place for a reception! The silver plateau is provided by the venue and flowers are by Austin Cake Lady. We arrange all your cake flowers free just so we can complete our work.
