Tequila Demonstration & Tasting.
Walking further, we came to a sort of museum where the making of Tequila is demonstrated. 95% of the world's production of Tequila is made in one Mexican town! The plant, Blue Agave must mature to at least 8 years of age when the center of the plant is crushed, the juice extracted and then fermented at least two or three times before bottling. We had a taste of several different Tequilas, a very little taste!!
