I can enjoy HEALTHY recipes!
To make this, I used my Vita-Mix and blended 1 C water, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Matrix 5.0), 1 C frozen whole strawberries, 1 tsp honey and 1 packet Splenda. I then poured the mixture into a low-fat, low-sugar graham cracker pie crust and froze it. Then I topped it off with Cool Whip Free. YUM!!!!
