THE UGLY DUCKLING written by Hans Christian Anderson was originally published circa 1890. This miniature reproduction in 1/12th scale has 14 pages not including the flyleaves. There are 4 full color plates in addition to many beautiful sepia tone illustrations interspersed in the text. The pages are printed on both sides of single sheets. The sheets are 19/32” wide by 25/32” long. The book with the printed cover is 11/16” wide by 15/16” long by 1/8” thick. The spine is printed with the title so the volume will look well on a bookshelf.
