MINI-OFFSET
This mini version of the square offset serves only 131. We've told so many that offsets MUST have 4" of difference between the tiers, but I discovered that we can do a 6", 9" and 12" mini version of the big and popular square offset. It is a little more trouble, however, so it sells for $2.50/serving if you're having a small wedding and 'want what you want! Here it is--just for you! A gorgeous cake with purple roses and candles by Austin Cake Lady! Be careful when you shop for tea lights for your cakes--don't buy the kind in metal holders, but rather buy the clear plastic holders, and you can find them (about 12 for $2 or so) at Hobby Lobby. I discovered (ouchie!) that the metal holders quickly get HOT and will melt the cake more easily than the clear plastic ones. The clear plastic doesn't conduct the heat so will last longer.
