My absolutely delightful little bride Angie chose a small version of the scrolled cake with ribbon--a 'floated' cake that's very easy to unstack and serve and neat to keep your top tier. The frosting is buttercream because it tastes SOOOOOOO much better than rolled fondant!!! She ordered the MOST beautiful flowers from HEB and had literally thousands of them in the room. (See 'FLORAL TOPPERS' album for a great close-up look!) They were a combination of "Lipstick"(the pink roses with yellow backs) and "Verona" (the yellow roses with pink backs). Let HEB order your flowers but not make your toppers! The cake sells for only $2.50/serving and can be done in any size from 104 to 300+. We discount huge cakes because they're our 'passion'! Come and see us soon. We do complimentary tastings for two persons max--usually on Mondays noon till 10:00 PM. We're booking fall and 2008 dates now so don't procrastinate on your cake.
