Ported Intake
This portion of the install really takes time and patience. Porting the intake and using a new 60mm gasket as a guide. Try and make all edges smooth, and no bumps for the air, flow, can't stress that enough. Again I used a good quality die\stone grinder on my drill and kept working in circles, note the elongated shape of the top of the intake opening for the ACCS tube.
