"The Bay Area is so beautiful I hesitate to preach about heaven while I'm here." -Billy Graham

Marcel Proust, the French novelist, wrote in his autobiography: "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes."

I lived in the Bay Area for a year but I could never get enough of San Francisco's beautiful architecture, steep hills, clanking cable cars, and the atmospheric morning fog. Rudyard Kipling was right when he wrote, "San Francisco has only one drawback - 'tis hard to leave." Photos and text copyright by Sam Antonio.
