Sadie Evelyn Kurtz
Daughter of Sgt. George C. Kurtz and Anna Clopton Kurtz, she was born April 12, 1856 and married Charles Joseph Steger in Tennessee. They had a son Will Kurtz Steger, as well as other children. They moved to Texas, where Sadie died of tuberculosis.
