This is my half-scale version of Hogwart's Castle Staircases. I loved the scene in the Movie and had to try and make it. It's not the same exactly but my version. I knew it would have to be 1/2" scale because of the size it would be even at 1/2" scale. The finished scene measures 43"high x 24"deep x 22" wide. It combines my love of woodworking and use of rubber molds for making the various parts of the scene. It is electrified and No the Staircases Do Not Move! There are 358 pictures on the walls. Ive been working on it for the last 8 months and, it's finally done.

I was asked by the Museum of Miniature House to borrow my Staircase Scene for their Fantasy and Fairy Tales Exhibit. Some of those pictures are here also.
