Vita-Mix 5000
This is an incredible blender that does so much more than blends and purees. It acts as a food processor while making the most incredible smoothies, natural foods (such as peanut butter), sorbets, crushed/shaved ice (for SF snow cones), grinded coffees, etc. I didn't learn of this product until almost 2 years postop and wish I'd known about it sooner as it would have come in handy especially during the first few months postop! While a bit pricey, the cost would more than make up for itself over time.
