One day, shortly after becoming a Crochet Instructor for a local Michaels store, I was surfing the Internet looking for ideas to incorporate into my classes. I came across a website that had a logo that caught my eye. I clicked onto it and that's when I first learned about the CGOA. A year later, with four other ladies, we started our own CGOA Chapter, and I won the CGOA Membership Challenge to attend the 2003 Conference.

I had the pleasure of attending nearly every event the Conference offered, and the vendors too! I met many wonderful people, and saw so much inspiring Crochet! I came home with overstuffed suitcases and was exuberantly exhausted from all the fun! Now I'm looking forward to 2004!!
