It is important to note that my pink DeLizza & Elster SIGNED Celebrity bracelet below has all the characteristics of what collectors and dealers have been calling "Juliana". We have since learned from Frank DeLizza that he prefers this type of jewelry be called DeLizza & Elster...not Juliana. Juliana was a "company" that Frank Delizza operated from 1967-1968 - this tagged Juliana jewelry is not the elaborate glitz collectors desire but rather jewelry by DeLizza & Elster with no marks, no tags.
