Black Eyes
Close up view of his "Black-eye" concept is my first one done on a Spirit, after carving out the iris, instead of just leaving it in natural wood, I decided to paint it the inside of the iris black, then a dot, also painted inside of mouth cavity "black" to balance of the two eyes, 3-way triangle concept. I do like the look on the finished product and will continue to repeat the concept on other spirits.
