On Wednesday, July 9, 2003, Randy and Florence were married in the heart of Paris. The civil wedding took place in a beautiful, historic courthouse. The ceremony was performed by the Vice-Mayor of the 1st arrondisement of Paris.

Many of Randy and Florence's family and friends were present that morning to share in their new life. I was honored to serve as one of their witnesses. It was an event that everyone will cherish for the rest of their lives.
