The Quincy Notre Dame Flag Team is a very small group of girls dedicated to entertaining the crowds with their performances. Our Coach Mrs Sue Frericks works hard to let the girls make the routines their own and and have state winning performances. All routines have been choregraphed by the girls performing it! We are very proud of them and all the hard work they put into it, the dedication, sweat and aching bodies! And thank everyone involved for making so many wonderful memories!
