Charlie's coloring gives him away, he's a Shih Tzu !! Colors almost like my own Shih Tzu. Bichon's are all white with curley fur. If Charlie got a chance to grow his ears and tail longer, you would see right away that he is true to the shih tzu breed standards.His coat would grow straight if longer
