Well, folks, I didn't think it would ever come. Launch day. She dunked without a single problem, never took on a single drop of water thanks to the new GFO Goretex and graphite packing material for the stuffing box. Bilge was dry from the start, and is still dry after a few high speed loops around the bay.

Engine started purr-fectly. (We did a complete tune-up: plugs, points, condensor, rotor, D cap, and rebuilt the carburetor. We also siphoned off all the old fuel, and added fresh.)
