SPRING
Beth liked the "Sherbet" cake in the "Cake Ideas" album and so did I. I've been wanting to do it for a long time and just loved it. It's a four-color pastel "floated" cake where one tier is slightly above the one below to look stacked. The top tier is pale lemon yellow, the second is willow green, then raspberry pink, then lavender. All tiers are covered with the Hannah Scroll design. Flowers arranged by Austin Cake Lady and provided by the bride. They were beautiful and included all my favorites--orchids, tulips, roses, sweet peas, and more for a real burst of spring colors.
