Brier Creek Primitives truly is a Family Affair. Lesa enjoys her days creating and working hard to produce all the wonderful wares to fill the shop . Shawn is in Education ---- and works in the workshop when time allows--He always creates a wonderful new piece of furniture with a different twist--- Sons- Tyler and Logan have both helped base coat--but as they have grown older they just help carry all the heavy stuff--both love to draw and create--Tyler is a art major at Marshall University and Logan loves photography and drawing
We try to use vintage material when possible --old tin- barn boards--tongue and groove lumber from old houses--barbed wire etc. Lesa's Mom Vera and step-dad Russell both help in gathering all the old stuff, plus the honeysuckle vine--rosehips-- bittersweet that we sell.
