TEXAS LONGHORN
This Texas cake is a fudge cake with fudge and kahlua cream filling. Fudge is drizzled down the sides of an otherwise vey plain and contemporary groom's cake. Big pearls of fudge serve as the border with little fudge leaves inbetween each. It is embellished with a Longhorn (or school of your choice) Logo made from edible rice paper. This cake is an affordable $2/serving and goes well with almost any wedding cake you select.
