JEEP CAKE (NOTE)
DON'T MISS NOTE FROM BRIDE AT BOTTOM!This little cake was special for two police officers' wedding reception at the beautiful Terrace Club. Kristina provided Daryl's jeep and we did a little tent with their names, a tiny campfire, a few trees to cover their little 'mountain' and some champers in the back seat of the jeep. Cinnamon graham crackers helped to create the rocky road that went down the hill. I don't normally carve any cakes because our cakes are just too moist and good, but I really wanted to please this super couple and I hope they liked it. Underneath all the 'stuff' was a scrumptious homemade fudge cake with fudge filling that serves 50. I added more cake to that in order to carve out the hill and road. I just wanted to say that we just got back from vacation and Daryl and I
were talking about the best things at the wedding and the two cakes were the
top favorites! The Jeep cake was a big hit with everyone and I heard
comments all night! Thank you soo much and again both the cakes were
GREAT!!!!!
