RIVERPLACE SWISS
This little groom's cake matched a 4-tier swiss-dot wedding cake at Riverplace Country Club this week (A SPECTACULAR place for a wedding by the way--people there couldn't possibly be nicer!!!) The cake was a fudge cake with fudge and cream cheese filling. Chocolate-dipped strawberries encircle the hand-painted groomsmen in the center. Matching wedding cakes is getting a little more in vogue these days I think. The icing on the cake was a scrumptious light swiss chocolate and I'm sure there wasn't a bite left. It's absolutely delicious at $2/serving. Chocolate-dipped strawberries are $25 or $30 if you want some tuxes too.
