Saturday June 27, 2009, first ever Westie Walk in Seattle to support Westie Rescue and Westie Med. We had 88 humans in attendance and 78 dogs. We had additional donations sent in from Eugene, Oregon, Tacoma and other parts of the state. It was a record breaker and I am so elated we made $1289 on our walk for vet bills! We had a good time to boot and it was WESTIE POWER throught Marymoor Park that day.

We thank all the workers who did all the labor behind the scenes and worked the tents, and helped us be so successful.
