Spycee Jean lead us in a fun afternoon at Jupiter Bingo on June 13. After a quick lunch at Furr's Cafeteria, we reconvened at the bingo hall. We were such newbies that I'm sure the serious bingo players were glad to see us leave. Bingo is much different now than I remembered ~ complicated and fast paced. It was a lot of fun, but most of us didn't stay for the second session. We couldn't take the stress!

Queen for the Day Jean provided each of us with a red dabber, and she had three cute purses for door prizes. We each played nine cards and were kept busy dabbing all those wild numbers.

On June 4, Cynthia had the pleasure of meeting QMBer Audacious from Tucson with whom she's been chatting since 2002. Phyllis was in town for a business conference, and she and Cynthia got to meet for breakfast before the conference began.

On June 10, QMBers Glenda and Leeann, mother and daughter from Muscle Shoals, Alabama, met the Re-Gals for breakfast at the House Cafe. They were visiting Glenda's other daughter in Quitman and were on their way to San Antonio to visit more family. We all enjoyed meeting them.
