Last year, the front garden started telling me it needed to be altered. It seemed to want the driveway border to swing around and connect the two wisteria beds, leaving the last of the lawn as a grassy path between the existing large bed and the new, narrow one. Over the winter 2008/2009 I started playing with ideas and began work in spring 2009. This album documents the on-going development of the new bed.
