TERRACE CLUB JESSICA
Jessica chose a big cake that serves 204 for her and Jeff's big wedding in the rain today at the Terrace Club. It was moved inside out of the rain and that's a bit sad when someone looks forward to an outdoor wedding. The cake was our new and fabulous DREAMSICLE cake--orange cream with homemade cream cheese filling and it sells for $2.75/ serving. Can you say "YUMMMMMMY"? And it's very different and unusual. The frosting is our smoothed light ivory buttercream. The same cake can be done for $2.50/slice in the 'crowdpleaser' described above. And for flowers, we go to the absolute opposite extreme--HEB Westlake did the flowers...teensiest little callas ever. The cake has a pearl-dot border and brown ribbon (some brown ribbons turn black, unfortunately.) The top tier has their monogram, and the remaining tiers have varied scrollwork. Our number is 512-258-3703, and we do tasting appointments (limit 2 persons please) on most Mondays between the hours of noon and 9:00 PM.
